Orders
Orders are collected from the online shop selection by adding the products to the shopping basket. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered, the price breakdown, and a VAT invoice.
All customer data is treated confidentially. Contact information taken at the time of order will not be used for any purposes other than ensuring order delivery, and/or to resolve any order problems. By registering for a webstore account, you can view your order history, as well as the current order and progress.

Tax
EU:
All customers residing within the EU and purchasing from our webshop are charged VAT at 25.5% (the current full rate for Finland). VAT in our webshop is included in the list price of all products and shipping. Åland is treated as non-EU for VAT purposes.
Non-EU:
Customers residing in Åland or outside the EU are entitled to products and shipping tax-free. A tax-free summary will be shown at checkout when the billing address is in Åland or outside the EU. To view tax-free prices whilst shopping, customers must have a webshop account with a default address in Åland or outside the EU and be logged into the webshop.
Versatile Idea Oy is not responsible for payment of taxes in the delivery country. As such, the addressee will be liable for any import duty, VAT, or sales taxes due at the point of delivery. Versatile Idea Oy will not falsely declare packaged items nor their value on customs documentation.
Payment
Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment methods
With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Alisa Lasku, MobilePay, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

OP Lasku: A flexible invoice payment method. OP Lasku serves all Finnish banks' customers. Suitable for online purchases of up to 5000 € with an interest-free payment term of 45 days. The instalment option adds flexibility to purchases. Your purchases are visible in one place so you can easily keep track of them. Invoices are sent to you by email. Alisa Invoice is a flexible and safe payment method. The payment method is suitable for all consumers over the age of 20 for all types of purchases. Your order's shipping cost is visible after selecting the shipping choice at checkout.
DOMESTIC
Within Finland we ship orders by Matkahuolto and delivery will be to their nearest secure pick-up point. Matkahuolto allows the shipment to be tracked.
When you checkout, you will be able to choose a pick-up point from a choice nearest to your postal code. There is also the option to search for alternative pick-up points using a different postal code. Unfortunately, private pick-up points are not listed.
There is a fixed fee of €6,70 (incl. VAT) for all orders shipping within mainland Finland (including promotional products). Due to a ferry surcharge, the cost to send to Åland is €12,80.

INTERNATIONAL
There are worldwide restrictions about the international sending of jewellery and precious metals that have been laid down by the Universal Postal Union and are applied differently in each individual country. For this reason, we only use fully tracked and insured courier services through Matkahuolto, Postnord, and UPS.
Delivery via Matkahuolto and Postnord is to the nearest secure pick-up point managed by them or their partner company in your country. Depending upon the UPS service selected, delivery will either be to your door or to a UPS Access Point for collection. If door delivery fails, your package will be redirected to a UPS Access Point for collection. We will allocate the nearest pick-up or Access Point to your postal code. If you require a specific pick-up or Access Point, please state it in the order comment box.
We regret that delivery costs and/or individual country restrictions mean that we currently cannot deliver to all countries. We currently will accept orders for delivery to all EU member countries. Additionally, we will ship to the Azores, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, and Madeira.
We specifically will not deliver orders to Norway and the United Kingdom as we are unwilling to deal with the additional import and tax administration requirements for those countries.
If you do not want to follow the checkout process, or want a different shipping method, you can contact us via the contact form to request a quote to ship to your delivery address. This quote will also be tax-free if the address is in a zero-VAT or non-EU country.
Any variation in delivery time is specified in the individual product description. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, nor indirect damages caused during transit. We will notify customers by email of any abnormal delivery times.
Exchanges and Returns
You have the right to exchange or return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The Return Policy applies only if the item(s) is unused, in its original packaging, and remain marketable products.
When returning an order, it must clearly be accompanied with details of customer number/name and contact information, as well as the bank account details for where a refund/partial refund can be made to.

Cancelling an order, defect liability, and reclamations
The customer has right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done in writing by an e-mail to the customer support of the online shop.
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute with the Consumer Disputes Board in cases of dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
If a product is lost or damaged in transit or is not as described at the time of your order, you need to report the fault to us and the delivery agent within 14 days to be entitled to the rights of our Exchange and Return Policy. If the package is damaged in the mail, you must make an immediate claim with the post office. We can only accept claims for missing or damaged orders when Registered post was chosen.
